This Privacy Policy explains how Zen Luv AI Inc handles information for Kalot, a mobile arcade game. Kalot is designed to be playable without creating a personal account, but it uses Firebase services for leaderboard features and Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads.
Information Kalot Collects
Gameplay progress saved on your device, including score, level, lives, settings, and player name.
Leaderboard information, including your chosen display name, Firebase anonymous user ID, score, level, app version, platform, and active play time.
Advertising and device information handled by Google AdMob, which may include advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related data used to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
Consent information handled through Google’s User Messaging Platform where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
How Kalot Uses Information
Save your game progress and preferences on your device.
Submit and display leaderboard entries.
Show ads, including rewarded ads and in-game ad placements.
Remember ad consent choices where required.
Protect the leaderboard from invalid or abusive submissions.
Diagnose crashes, technical issues, or service problems.
Third-Party Services
Firebase Authentication, used for anonymous sign-in so each installation can keep one leaderboard identity.
Cloud Firestore, used to store and display public leaderboard entries.
Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK, used to serve ads and measure ad performance.
Google User Messaging Platform, used to collect or update ad consent choices where required.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. You can learn more about Google’s privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Sharing Information
Kalot does not sell personal information. Leaderboard entries are shared publicly inside the game so players can compare scores. Advertising and device information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as part of AdMob ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Advertising ID and Ad Choices
Kalot uses Google AdMob, which may use an advertising identifier or other device information for ads, measurement, and fraud prevention. On iOS and iPadOS, Kalot requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before it initializes ad services. Choosing Ask App Not to Track does not block gameplay; it limits use of the advertising identifier. In regions where consent is required, Kalot also shows Google’s consent flow and provides a privacy options button in the settings screen when available.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local save data remains on your device unless you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Leaderboard records may remain in Firebase so scores can appear on the public leaderboard. To request deletion of a leaderboard entry, email Kalot Support and include your player name plus any details that help identify the leaderboard row.
Children
Kalot is not intended to be directed to children under 13. If the game is later offered to children or marked as child-directed, ad settings and this policy will be updated as required by applicable law and platform policy.
Security
Kalot uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore rules to limit leaderboard writes to the matching anonymous user ID and to reject invalid score data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect leaderboard data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Kalot changes, when third-party services change, or when legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
