Zen Luv AI Inc, operating as Zen Luv AI Studio, provides LABAY. This policy describes information handled by the game, its advertising services, this public website, and support communications. Features can vary by platform and app version.
Game progress stays on your device
LABAY can be played without creating an account. The game stores progress locally, including coins, scores, level checkpoints, earned ad rewards, upgrades, selected characters and boats, and preferences such as audio settings. The current game does not operate an online player account or public leaderboard.
Your operating system may include app data in device backups, depending on its settings. Backup handling is governed by your device or backup provider.
Optional ads and the information they use
LABAY uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. You can choose to watch a rewarded ad to continue from a saved level or earn a Slow Current speed offset. You can start a new game without watching an ad. Ad services may initialize and request an ad before you choose to watch, subject to the applicable privacy checks.
Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These are used for ad delivery and personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all ad-related data processing.
Google explains its practices in its Privacy Policy and information about partner apps and sites. SDK disclosures are available for Android and iOS.
Consent and tracking choices
LABAY uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to check ad consent requirements and present privacy messages where required. When available, open Settings → Ad Privacy Choices to review or change your choice. You can also manage advertising identifiers through your device’s privacy settings.
On iOS versions with advertising enabled, the game requests tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt when needed. Choosing Ask App Not to Track does not prevent gameplay or make you ineligible for an ad reward. Ad availability still depends on the privacy check, network connection, and ad provider.
Website visits and support
These LABAY pages do not embed ad SDKs or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access, to deliver and protect the site.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Sharing and retention
We do not upload your local game save to a LABAY-operated player server. Ad-related data is handled by Google and its partners as described above. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security or abuse.
Local progress remains until the app’s data is deleted; uninstalling, device backups, and restoration can affect whether it is retained or restored. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related obligations. Google and other service providers apply their own retention practices to information they process.
Access, deletion, and other requests
You can remove local progress by deleting the app’s data using your device controls. Manage any device backups separately. We cannot retrieve a save that exists only on your device. For support correspondence or other information we hold, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including objection or restriction of processing and the right to contact your local privacy authority.
Children’s privacy
LABAY does not ask players to provide a name, email address, or date of birth to play. Parents or guardians with questions about a child’s information or advertising choices can contact us below. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, let us know so we can review and address it.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Advertising, hosting, and email providers may process information in countries other than yours, under their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
